The Art of Crafting Fine Dining
Up to 8 People
Join chefs and owners Michael Fagnoni and Molly Hawks for a behind-the-scenes look at how they create the elevated dining experience at Hawks Restaurant. The class will begin at 11 AM with a welcome glass of champagne or cup of coffee and continue with an hour-long cooking demonstration in the Hawks kitchen. Each guest will receive a keepsake recipe packet of the recipes from the lesson. After cooking, guests will enjoy a lunch in the dining room, featuring their culinary handiwork and accompanied by sommelier Marc Jensen, who will curate and discuss a selection of wines to pair with the meal.

Restrictions: This experience is available on a mutually agreed-upon date, from Tuesday through Saturday. The class will begin at 11 AM and take place at Hawks Restaurant in Granite Bay. Experience must be redeemed before June 30, 2026.

To pick up your artwork at the Crocker Art Museum, appointments will be available on Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14. Buyers may also ship their work at their own expense. Upon payment of the invoice, winning bidders will receive more information about artwork pick up and shipping.
