Information provided by the Artist: Mark Bennett's (b. 1956, Tennessee) whimsical works engage with pop culture and celebrity to an extreme degree. Bennett has been included in over three dozen significant museum and group exhibitions, including those at the Corcoran Gallery of Art (Washington, DC), Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art (CT), Walker Art Center (MN), and Los Angeles County Museum of Art (CA). His work has been acquired for the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art (NY), Los Angeles County Museum of Art (CA), Orange County Museum of Art (CA), Crocker Art Museum (CA), Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (TX), Getty Research Institute (CA), and Portland Art Museum (OR), among others.

To pick up your artwork at the Crocker Art Museum, appointments will be available on Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14. Buyers may also ship their work at their own expense. Upon payment of the invoice, winning bidders will receive more information about artwork pick up and shipping.
