The Crocker Art Museum's Silent Auction features over 100 original works of art by emerging artists and some of the biggest names in the Sacramento region and beyond. Bidding for the Silent Auction will open May 9 and ends Sunday, June 8, with one artwork closing every minute starting at 1 PM PDT.

Information provided by the Artist: Dean De Cocker received an MFA from Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, CA and a BA from Cal Poly Pomona in Pomona, CA. De Cocker is currently a professor of art at California State University, Stanislaus; he is also the director of the University Art Gallery and the Art Space on Main Gallery. As an artist he has had 50 solo exhibitions and over 150 group exhibitions, with mention of his work in over 90 articles and reviews. Dean De Cocker's work is represented in the Crocker's permanent collection, and more of his work can be seen at deandecocker.com.

To pick up your artwork at the Crocker Art Museum, appointments will be available on Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14. Buyers may also ship their work at their own expense. Upon payment of the invoice, winning bidders will receive more information about artwork pick up and shipping.
