The Crocker Art Museum's Silent Auction features over 100 original works of art by emerging artists and some of the biggest names in the Sacramento region and beyond. Bidding for the Silent Auction will open May 9 and ends Sunday, June 8, with one artwork closing every minute starting at 1 PM PDT.

Information provided by the Artist: After receiving his BFA in fine arts from the Academy of Art University in 2014, Cory continued his academic pursuits, completing an MFA in 2017. After Cory’s first solo exhibition, he continued to paint and teach full time in California, both at Sierra College and the Academy of Art, until moving abroad and self-publishing a book of one hundred portrait paintings in 2020. Cory has been featured in many group shows in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Fujiyoshida, Japan. He also resides in Italy and Sweden for part of the year. Cory continues his annual submissions to the Crocker Art Museum while teaching in the local Sacramento area each summer through outreach grant programs for the youth and the Mills Station Art & Culture Center.

To pick up your artwork at the Crocker Art Museum, appointments will be available on Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14. Buyers may also ship their work at their own expense. Upon payment of the invoice, winning bidders will receive more information about artwork pick up and shipping.
