The Live Auction is a festive celebration featuring a select group of original works by the region’s most renowned artists. Artists are invited to submit their best pieces for consideration months in advance, and the artworks are reviewed and selected by a panel of Museum staff and other art professionals. This annual event attracts art patrons, community leaders, and philanthropists from throughout the region to support artists and acquire great works of art, many of which are created by artists in the Museum’s permanent collection.
To place a bid on any of the works, you can purchase a ticket to attend the Live Auction in-person or by placing a bid online. If you have questions about the event, please email to rsvp@crockerart.org. Bidding starts at approximately 35% of the fair market value. For questions or to give credit card information, call (916) 808-7843.
Support raised from this year’s Art Auction is critical for the Crocker and for the thousands of children, families, and adults the Museum serves every year.
