Laurie Maurer Shelton was raised in Ann Arbor, MI and has lived in the Napa Valley since 1997. The daughter of an artist, she studied at the Academy of Art in San Francisco. Laurie has had solo shows in Paris and the Napa Museum. She has shown her art since 2000 throughout the Bay Area. She draws inspiration from family farms, Richard Diebenkorn, Pierre Bonnard, Lucien Freud and so many others.
