Information provided by the Artist: Joha Harrison was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and currently lives and works in Sacramento, California. Harrison's practice is multidimensional, exploring painting, photography, and film as mediums to collage his observation on historical memory. His work has been exhibited at San Francisco Design Center, Las Positas College, The Guild Theater, Faith J. Mckinnie Gallery, UC Davis Health Art Collection, Coordinates Exhibition, Grigio Art, HGA Architects and Engineers, Crocker Art Museum, Renaissance Tower, The Sacramento Chamber of Commerce, and The National Building Museum. Harrison was awarded the Vantage Art Flats Residency in 2023.
