Hugh Mendes is affiliated with Charlie Smith London. Mendes holds an M.F.A. from City & Guilds of London Art School and studied under David Hockney, among others. He is a senior lecturer art faculty at his alma mater where he has taught since 2002. Mendes’ work is included in numerous international public and private collections.
