Information provided by the Artist: Trained by renowned artists Wayne Thiebaud and Roland Petersen at University of California, Davis, in the 1980s, Deladier’s work marries the restrained quality of Thiebaud’s sleek style with Petersen’s gestural brushwork and is inspired by other Bay Area artists including David Park, Elmer Bischoff, and Richard Diebenkorn. He has exhibited his work at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art; the Crocker Art Museum; the Hilbert Museum of California Art; the Pasadena Museum of California Art; Los Angeles Natural History Museum; the Caldwell Snyder gallery in San Francisco; the Campton gallery in New York City; the Bennington Center for the Arts in Vermont; the Obsession of Art Gallery in Bergen and Amsterdam, Netherlands; and the Albemarle Gallery in London, England.

To pick up your artwork at the Crocker Art Museum, appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for Sunday, June 9 and Monday, June 10. A weblink to reserve your pick-up time will be sent to you upon payment of your invoice. Buyers may also ship their work at their own expense. Email artauction@crockerart.org for more information.
