The Crocker Art Museum's Silent Auction features over 100 original works of art by emerging artists and some of the biggest names in the Sacramento region and beyond. Bidding for the Silent Auction will open May 12 and ends Sunday, June 7, with one artwork closing every minute starting at 1 PM PDT.

Information provided by the Artist: Christine So is a painter and photographer living across the San Francisco Bay next to redwood forests. Her photographs printed using the 180-year-old cyanotype process are heavily inspired by the woods she had hiked for decades. A native San Franciscan, she attended la Facultad de Bellas Artes of La Universidad Complutense in Madrid, later graduating from San Francisco State University. Her works hang in dozens of hotels and hospitals across the United States, from the Ritz-Carlton to Mayo Clinic, plus private collections in 15 countries, among them Timothee Chalamet’s. She is represented by Thomas Deans Fine Arts of Atlanta.

To pick up your artwork at the Crocker Art Museum, appointments will be available on Sunday, June 14 and Monday, June 15. Buyers may also ship their work at their own expense. Upon payment of the invoice, winning bidders will receive more information about artwork pick up and shipping.
