Anthony Maki Gill is an art maker, arts advocate, educator, and community-builder working in the foothills of Northern California. He has spent the last 25 years working with the Art and Design Programs at Sierra Community College and maintains a donation based clay/art studio in Auburn. Gill's influences and teachers include Rudy Autio, Pete Voulkos, Lana Wilson, Stephen DeStaebler, and Larry 'Luis' Ortiz. He combines primordial elements like carbon, water, silica, and iron to create paintings, performances, sculpture, and films.

To pick up your artwork at the Crocker Art Museum, appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for Sunday, June 11 and Monday, June 12. A weblink to reserve your pick-up time will be sent to you upcoming payment of your invoice. Buyers may also ship their work at their own expense.
