Ann Savageau is a mixed media sculptor who taught at the University of Michigan for 25 years and for 9 years at the University of California, Davis, where she is Professor Emerita. Savageau has exhibited her work in over 100 exhibitions, both nationally and internationally. She has given numerous lectures and workshops nationally and internationally, has juried and curated exhibitions, and has received awards for her work. Her project Bags Across the Globe ran from 2008-2012 and involved collaboration with over 200 people in 63 countries across the world.
